The Dementia Care Partners Conference 2026 is a full day of learning designed specifically for caregivers for people living with dementia. Caregivers will receive more than just information. They will learn how to apply what they learn at the conference to their daily lives. SCOA, and the Margaret Jo Hogg Dementia Support Center are partnering to host this event that will include a keynote speaker and other presentations.
