Medicare Open Enrollment is the time of year when Medicare beneficiaries can make changes to their drug and advantage plans for the following year.
October 15 through December 7. Beneficiaries can contact us directly through our toll-free number 1-866-552-4464 option 4. We can provide counseling over the phone or we can set up an appointment for you to come into our Albany offices for counseling.
